By accessing and using the ATR Platform ("Platform," "Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you should not use our Services.

Description of Service

ATR Platform provides an ecosystem for AI founders including hackathons, fellowship programs, accelerator programs, and related services to help entrepreneurs build and scale AI companies.

User Accounts

Registration

• You must create an account to access certain features of our Services
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Account Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• You must not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable laws

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access the Services without permission

Program Participation

Application Process

• Applications to our programs are subject to review and approval
• We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion
• Acceptance into a program does not guarantee funding or other outcomes

Program Requirements

• Participants must comply with all program rules and requirements
• Participants must attend required sessions and meetings
• Participants must provide regular updates on their progress
• Failure to comply may result in removal from the program

Intellectual Property

Platform Content

The Services and all content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by ATR Platform or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Services
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit

Investment Terms

Investment in startups through our accelerator program is subject to separate investment agreements. These Terms of Service do not constitute an offer to invest or a guarantee of investment.

Disclaimers

• The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in our programs
• We are not responsible for the success or failure of any startup
• We do not guarantee funding or introductions to investors

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATR Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATR Platform and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Privacy

Modifications to Services
